The theme once again for the SPAR Australia Supplier of the Year Awards was “Better Together”. An event which recognises the support of key suppliers across various categories, this year’s ceremony was attended by more than 100 SPAR supplier partners and chaired by five-time world Aerial Skier and Olympian, Jacqui Cooper.

SPAR Australia Managing Director, Lou Jardin, welcomed everyone to the event and acknowledged all suppliers for their valued partnership, noting: “the collaborative partnership with our major suppliers is not only delivering substantial growth, but is keeping our SPAR retailers competitive.”

In a night designed to acknowledge the suppliers who partner with SPAR Australia to drive growth, congratulations goes to the following suppliers who were recognised:

• Perishable Supplier of the Year: Vesco Foods

• Promotional Supplier of the Year: Fonterra
