The new INTERSPAR compact hypermarket, located at Via Madonna del Carmine, includes the hiring of 24 team members. The store which has over 1,000m² sales area, features the innovative store format 35, developed by DESPAR Centro Sud in partnership with the University of Parma and SPAR International’s store design experts. The renovation reaffirms Maiora’s sustainability efforts through innovations like LED lighting and advanced CO2 refrigeration systems, ensuring energy efficiency, reliability, and safety.
This new INTERSPAR store places a focus on food as a blend of tradition and innovation. Instore, customers can enjoy the well-established high-quality products and services offered by DESPAR, as well as the innovations provided by the new refurbishment and remodelling concept.
The fresh offerings span across various departments. The bakery provides a diverse selection of fresh bread. The gastronomy department prepares fresh local meals throughout the day, using the finest ingredients. There is a large fruit and vegetable assortment, as well as a butchery hosting a wide range of delicious meats. The delicatessen instore also offers a wide range of high-quality cold meats and cheeses. The INTERSPAR store also has a dedicated fishmongers department where customers can buy fish and ready meals. To round off the offer, customers can find the best local and national wines, as well as national and international beers.
The new store concept features a refreshment area with tables to enjoy the delicious food, purchased directly from the various departments.
