SPAR International is delighted to announce that Captain Raymond Mashudu Mutangwa of SPAR South Africa has been announced finalist of the 2020 Store Manager Awards by the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) – a US based trade group for food retailers and wholesalers. Captain Mutangwa has been nominated in the category International Store Manager.
Since 2018, he manages one of SPAR South Africa’s biggest stores, SPAR Thohoyandou, which is located in the north-east of South Africa and employs more than 400 people.
Mutangwa is not only a successful store manager when reviewing the figures but also a strong ambassador for people development and community involvement. The store manager award winner will be announced at the virtual Future Leaders eXperience in September.
