The renewal ceremony occurred at the Arguineguín soccer field, attended by the SPAR Gran Canaria Management Team, coaching staff, team players, and the Mogán Sports Councilman.
Through sports sponsorship, the SPAR Spain partner organisation is seeking to promote healthy lifestyles – an essential value for SPAR.
The team starts the season with a new coach, José Carlos Álamo, who returns to the club after achieving three promotions in different categories with UD San Fernando in the last few years.
The players of CD Femarguín SPAR Gran Canaria will have a reinforced squad. They will turn the Mogán soccer field, where they will play next season, into a challenge for the teams playing in Gran Canaria from 11 September, the start date of the new season.
This season’s objectives include maintaining the level of competitiveness and working to achieve the promotion to 1 RFEF again.
