The new SPAR Hypermarket opened at Langval Mall in Thanjavur, Chennai in India, provides a one-stop-shop for customers.

Opened on August 10, the SPAR Hypermarket in Thanjavur is the 24^th SPAR Hypermarket to operate in India.

Located close to over 50,000 residential properties with more than 200,000 residents, the store has a selling area of over 2,000m². Customers can find over 8,700 SKUs available in the hypermarket. 42 employees help meet the needs of customers and strive to provide an elevated shopping experience.

The SPAR Hypermarket includes a modern design created by SPAR India. A focus on fresh product includes a selection of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fish and meat. There is also a SPAR Café which offers shoppers a range of food and drinks when on-the-go. The extensive range of food and non-food items throughout this store includes over 5,000 grocery products, 555 of which are SPAR Own Brand products, and 3,700 non-grocery items. The store aims to provide everything under one roof for customers in Thanjavur.
