SPAR Ireland stores shine at Customer Care Programme Awards

Several SPAR Ireland stores were honoured at the annual SPAR 365 Standards Customer Care Programme celebration recently.

SPAR and SPAR Express retailers from across Ireland attended the prestigious ceremony, which was hosted by BWG Foods, owners and operators of the SPAR Brand in Ireland.

The SPAR 365 Standards Customer Care Programme Awards, held in association with the Excellence Ireland Quality Association (EIQA), are presented annually to SPAR and SPAR Express stores that have demonstrated outstanding industry excellence following a year of comprehensive inspections, visits from mystery shoppers and audits.

A total of 197 stores received accolades, with winners excelling in all areas of inspection, displaying exemplary standards across their stores.

Amongst the winners were Barry Doyle, SPAR Munster Sales Manager; Jamie Murphy, SPAR Cork Road, Fermoy; Liam O’Dwyer, SPAR Regional Operations Advisor; Ciara Kenneally, SPAR Mitchelstown; Ray Burns, SPAR Rathcormac and Willie Kenneally, SPAR Mitchelstown.
