The 2021 Programme saw 49 high potentials from 17 SPAR organisations gaining an overview of key aspects of our business. This included global retailing, e-commerce, category management, end-to-end supply chain, digital marketing, shopper missions, sustainability and customer service.
Daily leadership sessions and a retail workshop were highlights of the programme and underpinned the interactive character of the event through virtual working groups. Through our intranet platform, SPAR Connect, participants can view the session recordings which were uploaded each day. The same platform was used to access pre-work assignments and scene setting recordings.
