These two new central positions, which became vacant due to the change of Oliver Seda’s move to the top of the Hervis management, are being filled from within. “With about 90,000 employees, the areas of corporate law and corporate Human Resources are of central importance. Both colleagues are not only two absolute experts in these areas but work in the interests of SPAR Austria and its employees. They have been living the SPAR philosophy for over a decade,” said SPAR Austria Chief Human Resources Officer, Hans K. Reisch .
Legal
Roswitha Stöllner, who holds a doctorate in law, graduated from the Commercial Academy in Salzburg and then graduated from the Paris Lodron University with a degree and dissertation in law. After completing the court internship and the bar exam, Roswitha Stöllner worked as a lawyer in a renowned Salzburg law firm until she started at SPAR in 2011. The lawyer has been Head of the Legal Department since 2012. She will now be responsible for all legal matters relating to SPAR Austria and its subsidiaries in Austria and ASPIAG.
Human Resources
Gregor Warady studied law in Vienna and Salzburg. His career path included the Chamber for Workers and Salaried Employees for Salzburg and Upper Austria, a Salzburg law firm and a renowned tax consultancy and auditing firm operating across Europe before he became Head of the HR services department and Deputy Head of Human Resources at SPAR Austria in 2011. In addition to his professional activity, he completed several training courses focusing on employees, Human Resources and Management. Since March 2020, Gregor Warady has also been Head of Human Resources at INTERSPAR, including the subsidiaries.
