SPAR Switzerland is extending its title partnership with the Swiss Epic in Graubünden until 2028, thereby continuing the Swiss retailer's strong commitment to cycling. The SPAR Swiss Epic is one of the largest and most coveted mountain bike events within the global Epic Series™ in Europe and Africa.

Over five days, 300 teams of two tackle 350 kilometres and climb 12,000 metres in altitude. The bikers enjoy a unique mix of competitive sport and nature experience and benefit from Swiss hospitality with an all-inclusive package including accommodation, meals, luggage transportation, and bike wash. SPAR Switzerland not only acts as title sponsor but also organises all refreshment stations for the individual stage races. Dedicated SPAR employees from all areas of the business will man these stations.

The Swiss Epic 2024 edition is set to take place from 20-24 August on the unique trails of La Punt / Engadin and Davos-Klosters. The event has five stage races testing the endurance, determination and skills of the 300 registered teams of two.

SPAR Switzerland has been the title sponsor of the Swiss Epic in Graubünden since 2022 and has prolonged the partnership ahead of the termination of the contract until 2028.
