SPAR Kosovo is delighted with the success of the eighth edition of its Santa Run, held on December 17, 2023 in Pristina. Centred around promoting health and well-being, the event garnered enthusiastic participation from approximately 3,500 individuals. Each runner showed the spirit of the run, wearing clothing related to Santa and a SPAR branded number bib. Together, the runners raised an impressive total of over €15,000.

Community spirit

SPAR Kosovo are thrilled that the funds raised will support children undergoing treatment at the Paediatric Clinic’s hemato-oncology department. In addition, the proceeds will extend assistance to 250 families facing economic challenges.

The retailer affirms its commitment to the community through holding this annual run. Plans are already underway for future editions of the race to continue this style of support.

The event not only showcased a great example of solidarity in the community but also featured activities for children. The occasion brought together over 3,500 individuals keen to participate in this ‘mini marathon’. Each participant received a medal as a momento of the run and some SPAR Own Brand treats to enjoy. This highlights SPAR Kosova’s unwavering dedication to championing causes related to children, education, sport, and health.
