Being reconfirmed as a top-performing company in HR policies is a tangible sign of Maiora’s ongoing commitment to training, growth, listening, and the wellbeing of its people, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment where values are shared.
“A reconfirmation of this level represents an important and encouraging signal for us, because it clearly and officially certifies the constant commitment that the company dedicates to its people. The effective integration between HR strategy and organisational objectives highlights the transformative potential of the innovative practices we have chosen to adopt”, said Pippo Cannillo, CEO of Maiora.
“We believe that the strongest organisations are based on listening, sharing objectives and the ability to work together with determination. This is why every result achieved takes on real value only when it is shared by all the people who make up the great Maiora family.”
