SPAR branded stores across Ireland were honoured through the SPAR 365 Standards Customer Care Programme for achieving exceptional retailing standards. On a night of wonderful celebration, hosted by BWG Foods, owners and operators of the SPAR Brand in Ireland and independent retailers nationwide were brought together to be fêted for their excellence.

This year’s SPAR Ireland’s 365 Awards, held in association with independent bodies Solution Management Associates (SMA) and Lloyds Register Quality Assurance LRQA, recognised the SPAR stores that excelled during the year across all areas.

Independently assessed

The winners were independently assessed across a range of criteria including customer service through SMA as well as a robust Food Safety and Hygiene audit conducted by LRQA. These exemplary SPAR retailers received their award in recognition of their commitment to implementing best practice store standards throughout the store, thereby providing an excellent customer experience to their local community.
