The 16th SPAR International Human Resources Conference kicks-off tomorrow in Amsterdam with SPAR Partners from 16 countries in attendance. The Conference will address key HR topics such as Employer Branding in a Digital World, Career Building Talent Development, Leadership & Change, as well as the Impact of Technology on HR & Training.

For the first time, SPAR International is organising an HR Masterclass focused on the Future of Coaching. The 4-hour Masterclass will be held prior to the Conference and will address how new generations of employees and new technologies are shaping coaching and talent management.

In addition to presentations by SPAR Partners on HR-related topics in their countries, two guest speakers will complement the programme: Tanya Bondarouk, Professor of HR Management at the University of Twente, who will present on the best ways to embrace new technologies in HR Management, and Alison Hendry-Butler, who will present on the best ways to develop and retain future talent.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to visit two excellent SPAR stores in Amsterdam, including a city store and a neighbourhood supermarket.
