SPAR India welcomes 200 students in ‘Kids at Retail’ events

Landmark Group, licensed operator of the SPAR brand in India, welcomed over 200 high-school students from 3 government school to explore the dynamic work of retail during its ‘Kids at Retail’ events.

‘Kids at Retail’

The students embarked on a journey to explore the dynamic world of retail with the help of 60 dedicated volunteers. The Landmark Group corporate offices and SPAR hypermarkets were transformed into vibrant learning hubs. Students received guided tours and interactive session, learning about different aspects of retail from product logistics to learning about exceptional customer service. At the end of each day, students received participation certificates, as well as valuable insight from SPAR India’s passionate professionals.

Together, SPAR India invested over 250 hours to teach the students about retail and showcase the various careers opportunities available within the retail industry. The events aim to encourage the next generation to consider future leadership roles in retail.
