Download imageThe new SPAR Supermarket is located close to main roads so is easily accessible. 52 parking spaces are available for customers. The fruit and vegetable section at the entrance welcomes shoppers. Adjacent to this, refrigerators offer a range of convenience products. Next, the bakery department and an area offering warm meals prepared instore are located. The supermarket features a self-service deli section and refrigerated counters with meat and dairy products in the rear of the store. Drinks and frozen goods complete the product offer. With a focus on convenience, self-service checkout is available.
Keeping SPAR Hungary’s sustainability goals in mind, the supermarket is equipped with LED lighting. The cooling system runs on environmentally friendly, CO2-based technology. All fridges are equipped with doors to reduce energy usage.

The first SPAR Supermarket opened in Hungary in 1992, following the acquisition by ASPIAG (Austria SPAR International AG) of a majority stake in General Kereskedelmi Rt. Since its launch, SPAR Hungary has been actively involved in developing the country’s retail industry.
