The 20th-anniversary edition of the SPAR Human Resources Conference will take place from 26 - 28 April 2023 in Vienna and is being supported by SPAR Austria. The event will be held at the hotel Parkhotel Schoenbrunn, located next to Vienna castle.

The 2023 SPAR Human Resources (HR) Conference will address key HR topics such as the impact of the recession on employee experience, best practices in facing the recruitment challenge, the latest trends in training, and new learnings from people analytics. SPAR Austria will report on their latest people initiatives. Delegates will have the opportunity to visit the SPAR Academy in Vienna, a vocational school fully operated by SPAR Austria. Participants will also visit SPAR Gourmet Fleischmarkt and the INTERSPAR Hypermarket Schottentor, winner of the EuroShop RetailDesign Award 2023.
