Today marks the beginning of the 2023 edition of the SPAR Future Leaders Programme, which takes place in Belfast, Northern Ireland from June 25 – July 1. The week-long event brings over 40 delegates from the different SPAR country organisations across wholesale and retail together to share learnings and experiences, and network in an international organisation as the begin the early stages of their career.

Delegates gain an overview on the main aspects of our business such as business strategy, retailing, digital, retail operations, supply chain and customer service. They will take part in highly interactive sessions covering different skills and parts of the SPAR worldwide organisation including leadership sessions, teambuilding exercises, marketing, multichannel retailing, category management, data, supply chain, retail strategy workshops, and visits to excellent SPAR stores.

The programme will help delegates with a smart approach to leadership, setting them up for future success, and as potential Future Leaders of SPAR wholesale and SPAR retail businesses.
