Our talented and dedicated people make a difference in a highly competitive environment. To further develop the next generation of talent, SPAR has created a range of international internships and training initiatives, including the inspirational Future Leaders Programme. This annual leadership training initiative seeks to provide retail knowledge and leadership capabilities to selected SPAR colleagues from across the global network and across business areas.
The SPAR Future Leaders Programme 2022 was held from 26 June to 2 July 2022 near Oslo at the invitation of SPAR Norway. In total, 42 future leaders from 18 SPAR organisations participated in this year’s event.
SPAR International’s Contact International magazine is available in six languages (English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Chinese). The online quarterly publication covers a wide range of retail industry subjects, reflecting our diverse and global business.
