Owned and operated by Eric and Aïcha Poidevin, the new 218m² SPAR supermarket replaces a former Vival store after extensive renovations and expansion. The store design comes from the new modular “toolbox” concept, which adapts to any environment — urban, coastal, touristic, or rural. It reflects evolving consumer needs, focusing on mobility, local sourcing, and everyday convenience. The result is a shopping experience that is flexible, modern, and community oriented.
The supermarket is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., welcoming customers throughout the week. A dedicated team of six employees ensures friendly service and smooth operations. Shoppers can choose from over 3,000 carefully selected products, combining everyday essentials with local and regional specialties. Key departments include a butcher, fish counter, and a vibrant fruit and vegetable section. The supermarket also features a bakery, food-to-go section, and a wine cellar featuring vineyards from the Provence region.
A focus on local partnerships and regional products is central to SPAR France’s new concept. Fresh produce comes directly from nearby farms. Customers benefit from home delivery, cashback possibility, and ice machines for daily convenience. The modern layout enhances the shopping experience with clear signage, digital displays, and flexible service areas. These design features create a welcoming environment that supports quick, easy shopping.
To celebrate the opening, customers were invited to a regional wine tasting. Customers received branded tote bags alongside a special €3 discount for purchases over €20 — creating a festive and engaging start for the new supermarket. With the launch of this latest store, SPAR France continues to strengthen its presence across the region.
