SPAR Finland opened its fourth supermarket nationwide with the new EUROSPAR supermarket in Järvenpää, in the Uusimaa region.

The new EUROSPAR supermarket is part of the continued growth of the SPAR brand in Finland, which returned in 2025 through Tokmanni, the SPAR license holder in Finland, and SPAR International. The EUROSPAR supermarket concept is designed to offer thousands of grocery products with a competitive price-quality ratio that meets customers’ weekly shopping need in a single trip.

Comprehensive offer

As in the other EUROSPAR locations and Tokmanni’s online store, ranging from sweet treats, to cooking essentials, and cleaning products, there is a comprehensive offer for shoppers. Instore, the EUROSPAR Järvenpää supermarket offers an extensive range of food and non-food items. Locally sourced products remain a core focus of the instore assortment, alongside internationally renowned products. There are also nearly 200 SPAR Own Brand products available instore,

Additionally, customers can also enjoy popular food-to-go concepts such as the Picadeli salad bar and the SPAR Bakery department. The SPAR Bakery solution sells plenty a variety of freshy baked bread, as swell as savoury and sweet pastries. The EUROSPAR supermarket in Järvenpää also offers hot meals, including grilled chicken and SPAR pinsas, which combine elements of pizzas and focaccias, as well as pizzas and burgers.

Providing an enhanced shopping experience

Through the extensive knowledge sharing between Tokmanni and SPAR International, the EUROSPAR supermarkets throughout Finland aim to provide a world-renowned grocery concept and shopping experience. The instore assortment is tailored specifically for each market to suit the needs of customers, and the EUROSPAR supermarket design follows best practice from the wider SPAR retail network.
