The well-known SPAR Human Resources Conference will this year be held in Amsterdam from 26-28 March. For the first time, SPAR International is organising a HR Masterclass focused on the Future of Coaching to be held on the Tuesday prior to the Conference. Coaching expert, Alison Hendry-Butler will in a 4-hour Masterclass address how new generations of employees and new technologies are shaping the way of coaching and talent management.

The thought-provoking Human Resources Conference will give HR Managers an opportunity to discuss with SPAR colleagues and external HR experts topics such as Employer Branding in a Digital World, Career Building Talent Development, Leadership & Change and the Impact of Technology in HR & Training. The event will also place a spotlight on key developments within the industry and their implications on HRM.

The fee for participating in the 3-day International HR Conference is €1,400*. The fee to participate in the HR Masterclass is €200, if booked together with the HR Conference (Masterclass only: €300).
