The 2021 virtual SPAR Human Resources Conference will be held on 14 and 15 September from 09:00 – 12:00 CET. The event addresses key HR topics including Change Management, HR Technology, well-being and its impact on People Engagement, Diversity, and People Development & Training.

Programme

Presentations from SPAR Partners will give insights on current challenges and long-term effects of the ongoing pandemic. The programme includes an inspiring keynote from Ann De Bisschop, Wellbeing Expert and successful book author on how to empower people through wellbeing concepts and initiatives. Her presentation will include practical tips for ensuring healthy, motivated and informed employees.

By sharing best practice, learning and innovation with peers across the SPAR network, delegates can experience the benefits of the global SPAR organisation through this virtual conference. An open-mic session will conclude the HR Conference when delegates can discuss the key learnings of the conference and possible ways to co-operate on areas of mutual interest.

Registration

As the conference is virtual, it again creates the opportunity for many more SPAR colleagues to participate. Conference fee

Languages

The conference language is English and all presentations will either be provided in English or have English subtitles. For countries that require translations, SPAR International will provide the translation platform. We ask SPAR Partners to arrange the local translators.
