The 2019 SPAR Future Leaders Programme will be held in Cardiff, UK from 30 June to 6 July and registration is now open.

Aimed at, but not limited to, employees between the ages of 21-35, the Programme provides a development platform for junior managers and employees with high potential from national offices, retail stores and warehouses across the SPAR network.

Participants gain an overview of the main aspects of the SPAR business with a focus on retail strategy, digital marketing, supply chain, merchandising and customer service. Interactive leadership workshops and team building exercises add to the value of the week and are core elements of the programme. Participants are expected to actively take part in all parts of the programme. Due to the highly interactive character of the programme, a good working knowledge of English is required.

The registration deadline is 17 May and registration to the event can be done via the local SPAR offices. Places are limited so we advise SPAR Partners to agree on nominated delegates and to book early. The cost of participation is €1,790 per person.
