The new SPAR supermarket in Gozd Martuljek aims to meet the needs of the local community, providing an improved range of products and services to the area.
Opened in collaboration with an independent operator, this supermarket also signifies continued growth of the independent retail model in Slovenia. The SPAR supermarket in Gozd Martuljek is the 13th independently operated store to open nationwide this year, and brings the total number of independent SPAR branded stores across Slovenia to 42.
The 260m2 SPAR supermarket has been developed to feature a modern design and 6 employees work as team to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers. Instore, the assortment focuses on fresh produce, including fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and fish, alongside an extensive range of SPAR own brand products. Two self-service checkouts alongside staffed checkouts provide a seamless checkout experience.
