SPAR Albania has expanded its country store network by opening a new supermarket in the city of Durrës, bringing customers easy access to quality groceries. This latest supermarket is SPAR Albania’s 64th store.

Durrës is Albania’s second-most populous city. Great transport connections, a concentration of economic institutions, and a long industrial tradition underlie the city’s strong economic position in Albania. The Port of Durrës, one of the largest on the Adriatic Sea, connects the city to neighbouring countries.

With a sales area of 680m2, residents and tourists of Durrës will find a pleasant and convenient shopping environment, an expanded grocery assortment, and quality service.

Customers can choose from a wide range of more than 7,300 SKUs. These include fresh produce, gluten-free products, and SPAR Own Brand products.

In store, customers can collect points with the Happy Card loyalty programme, which can be used for purchases at SPAR and various other brands.
