The SPAR Academy which complements and supports your own training now has ready-to-use 2D online courses for store employees and includes five training modules in English on SPAR, Food Safety, Customer Service, Fresh Produce and Bakery. These are now being made available in other languages, supporting our partners with their people development across the world of SPAR.

The state-of-the-art courses are interactive, to the point and include short content assessments, ensuring easy use for all colleagues, either on a mobile device or desktop.

The first training module on SPAR Retailing with courses on brand introduction, retailing in general and work safety, is now also available in German and in Mandarin.

Further training modules will follow in those languages.
