In March, two new DESPAR Express stores welcomed customers for the first time. In Druento, located in Piedmont, the new store provides a targeted assortment balancing both quality and convenience. Meanwhile, in Liguria, the new DESPAR Express store in Vado Ligure caters to meet the specific needs of the locality, with a bespoke assortment and service offering for customers in the area.
DESPAR Italia welcomed the opening of multiple new and modernised DESPAR supermarkets. In Northern Italy, a new DESPAR supermarket in Ledro offers a complete shopping experience across 600m2 of retail sales space, catering to local consumers and tourists in this mountainous region of Italy.
Further South, new DESPAR supermarkets in Augusta, Camigliatello Silano – Spezzano Sila, Catanzaro, Eboli, Gela, Sant’Egidio del Monte Albino, and Taverna showcase the brand’s continued expansion into new communities. These supermarkets provide a wide range of products, including a focus on fresh food, such as fruit and vegetables, cheese counters, and butcheries. The instore assortment includes an extensive assortment of DESPAR Italia Own Brand product ranges.
Additionally, two DESPAR supermarkets in Appiano and Asti reopened after extensive renovations. These supermarkets now offer a modernised store layout as well as an optimised product and service offer including food-to-go counters, enhancing the shopping experience for customers.
