With over 330 delegates coming together from 44 countries on the island of Gran Canaria from 14-20 May 2017, this year's Congress was a fantastic event.

With the theme of ‘Better Together for 85 years’ the Congress sessions enabled our delegates to benefit from shared best practice, to look together at the future and to hear from over 35 speakers, including three independent retailers.
