Slow Roast Coffee. Taste to the smallest detail

We are selective when purchasing our coffee beans; and are therefore higher in quality. We then roast the beans longer than the usual coffee roasting, so that the flavors in the coffee bean have more time to be released. Therefore we get the best flavor out of the green coffee. This is called Slow Roasting and gives the coffee a richer and powerful taste.
