Shoppers young and old were invited to participate in Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and Aerobics classes given by professional instructors. The turnout was incredible with sessions attended by around 150 people in total. In addition to active participation, shoppers were able to ask the instructors for advice and get information about where in the city of Brest such lessons are offered.
A strength and endurance competition was also held, with around 200 customers taking part and great prizes up for grabs for the best contestants. And much to the delight of children, a special kids area was set up instore with traditional games. This proved extremely popular and was visited by about 300 children.
After a great day of exercise and fun, the Festival of Sports was concluded in a spectacular fashion with the launch of 500 white helium filled balloons outside the INTERSPAR Hypermarket.
