Verena Schranzhofer joined SPAR in April 2022 and, as the person responsible for employer branding, took responsibility for human resources agendas from the start. After a few months, she was also entrusted with managing the warehouse system and was able to gain management experience in SPAR logistics. In her new role, she leads a team of 15 employees, including the areas of recruiting, employer branding, and payroll accounting.
Verena obtained a bachelor’s degree in tourism and leisure management at the Management Centre in Innsbruck. More recently, Verena completed her part-time master’s degree in business psychology.
Victoria Danler is an economist and has also completed a degree in psychology. She will be available to all areas of the company to answer questions about the development and support of SPAR employees. Personnel development is a matter close to her heart.
Victoria Danler now moves into the role of Head of Human Resources Development in Wörgl. In this role, Victoria is available to all divisions to answer questions about the development and promotion of SPAR employees. Victoria will also deal with the topic of resilience for SPAR employees. She introduced social counselling by Caritas for employees with problems under her leadership.
The dual leadership strengthens the important HR department of the SPAR regional office in Wörgl now and into the future.
