Brigitta Sennhauser joined the SPAR Switzerland family 34 years ago as a trainee in sales. Now, Birgitta’s day is divided between being the welcoming face of the company at reception, greeting visitors to the Swiss central office, and managing the post division. Colleagues in the Swiss office describe Brigitta as an extremely reliable and trustworthy team member who pays attention to detail and thinks out-of-the-box.
Improving shopper experience drives Fatemeh, a colleague in the operations division of SPAR Iran. Working closely with the retail teams, Fatemeh supports their goal of continuous improvement, providing training on the various systems supporting the business. Sharing successful ideas and best practice from one store with other teams improves the overall customer experience across all stores.
Charanpreet Juneja is seen by her colleagues as a true ‘Customer Service Ambassador’ for SPAR India. Together with HR and the SPAR Hypermarket managers across the country, she oversees the instore customer satisfaction measuring platform. Her enthusiasm and dedication in providing expertise, sharing knowledge, and on-the-job training, has significantly improved customer satisfaction levels.
