FMI awards are given to outstanding managers who generate sales growth, effectively communicate company and store goals and objectives, demonstrate team leadership in their store/company, provide exceptional customer service through in-store programs and improve community relations. The FMI Store Manager Awards programme is a wonderful opportunity for local SPAR retail stars to shine internationally.
Competition is fierce, and only the best will be selected to be finalists.
Over the last six years, several SPAR nominees have gone through to the finals, winning this award four times and coming in second twice.
