Expanding its global reach, SPAR International has granted a licence to operate the SPAR Brand in Kazakhstan to SKIF Trade LLP, with effect from 1 January 2022. The group has an existing retail and distribution network in the country. The first SPAR stores in Kazakhstan opened in the second half of 2022, with store network development supported by SPAR International.
